Motor for Vents VK Series Duct Fans
The Vents VK series of round inline duct fans has earned the trust of users due to its uncompromising reliability, high performance, and ability to operate under continuous load. The main driving element ensuring the flawless operation of these devices is a high-tech single-phase motor with an external rotor from the leading German brand Blauberg. Design Advantages and Aerodynamics
The main feature of the Blauberg motor is its compact design with an external rotor. The rotor rotates around a stationary stator, allowing the motor to be integrated directly into the casing of the Vents VK series fan. This engineering solution not only minimizes the overall dimensions of the device but also ensures perfect dynamic balancing. As a result, vibration levels are kept to a minimum, which significantly reduces the noise load during system operation.
The motor is equipped with a high-quality centrifugal impeller with backward-curved blades made of durable and wear-resistant plastic. The special aerodynamic shape of the impeller allows it to generate a powerful airflow and create high pressure. This makes Vents VK series fans indispensable for use in branched duct systems with high aerodynamic resistance.
Safety, Resource, and Control
The reliability of the motor is confirmed by the use of ball bearings. They have a minimal friction coefficient, require no maintenance throughout their entire service life, and guarantee an operating resource of up to 40,000 hours (over 4.5 years of non-stop operation). For protection against overheating, the motor is equipped with integrated thermal protection with automatic restart: in case of critical temperature rise, the power is turned off, preventing equipment failure.
Please note: The IP44 protection class of the motor allows for efficient use in damp rooms, reliably protecting internal components from water splashes and fine dust.
The motor rotation speed is adjustable via smooth or step control. Control is carried out using a thyristor speed controller or an autotransformer. This allows users to flexibly adjust the fan performance to individual needs, optimizing the noise level and further reducing energy costs.
