The Vents VUT PE EC air handling units stand out in the market due to the integration of high-tech Electronically Commutated (EC) direct current motors. Each unit is equipped with two such motors — one for the supply air stream and one for the extract air stream.

The main difference between EC motors and traditional asynchronous (induction) motors lies in their remarkably high efficiency, which reaches up to 90%. Thanks to the electronic management of winding commutation, these motors minimize energy losses caused by heat and resistance, reducing power consumption by 1.5 to 3 times. For systems that operate around the clock, such as ventilation units, these savings are crucial and ensure a quick return on investment in this technology.
Construction and Aerodynamics
The Vents VUT PE EC units utilize external rotor motors. This design ensures a compact assembly and better heat dissipation. The motor is integrated with an impeller that features backward-curved blades. This solution is optimal for duct-type fans, as it delivers high static pressure and efficiently moves large volumes of air with relatively low noise levels.
Precision Control and Flexibility
