The Vents VKMK 200 roof exhaust fan is designed for installation on the roof of a building. It is used in exhaust ventilation systems for industrial and commercial premises: workshops, warehouses, shops, etc. The fan can remove air with a temperature range from - 25°C to +50°C and a maximum capacity of 950 m3/h (depending on the pressure loss in the network). The fan uses a single-phase motor with a power consumption of 154 W, if necessary, the fan's performance can be reduced with a speed controller (ordered separately). Construction
The housing is made of steel with a polymer coating. The VKMKp model has a thin steel connecting plate at the base of the housing.
Motor
Single-phase motors with an external rotor are equipped with a centrifugal impeller with backward-curved blades. The motors are equipped with built-in thermal protection with automatic restart. The use of rolling bearings in the motors ensures a long service life. To achieve precise characteristics, low noise levels and safe operation of the fan, each turbine undergoes dynamic balancing during assembly. The fan motor has a protection class of IP 44.
Speed regulation
Smooth or step-by-step regulation is carried out using a thyristor regulator or autotransformer. Several fans can be connected to one regulating device at once, provided that the total power and operating current do not exceed the nominal parameters of the regulator.
The Vents RS-1-400 regulator is suitable for this model (purchased separately).
Installation
The roof fan is installed on the roof directly above the ventilation duct or shaft. Rigid fastening to a fixed, flat surface is carried out using a connecting plate. Electrical connection and installation must be carried out in accordance with the instructions and the electrical diagram indicated on the terminal box.
